These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 25ph platform, including all games, betting services, financial transactions, promotions, and communications offered through 25ph ("the Platform," "25ph," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms apply to all registered users ("you," "the Player," "the User") of the Platform operating in the Republic of the Philippines and elsewhere where access is legally permitted.

If you are found to hold multiple accounts — whether registered under the same or different identities — all associated accounts will be suspended, winnings forfeited, and deposits may be returned at 25ph's discretion after deducting applicable bonus amounts.
2.2 Account Information Accuracy. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. You must update this information promptly if it changes.
2.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTPs with any third party. 25ph will never ask for your password via chat, email, or SMS. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility. You must notify 25ph support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
2.4 KYC Verification. 25ph reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a valid Philippine government-issued ID (PhilSys ID, Passport, Driver's License, UMID, SSS ID, or Voter's ID), proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Accounts that fail or refuse to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may have withdrawal functionality suspended.
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 25ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). 25ph does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals unless explicitly stated.
3.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit is ₱50. The minimum withdrawal is ₱100. Maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may vary based on account verification level, payment method, and PAGCOR-mandated limits. 25ph reserves the right to modify these limits with reasonable prior notice.
3.3 Withdrawal Processing. 25ph processes withdrawal requests promptly. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within one (1) hour of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. Processing may be delayed if additional verification is required. 25ph does not charge processing fees on withdrawals; however, third-party fees imposed by payment providers are the player's responsibility.
3.4 Anti-Money Laundering. In compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and PAGCOR regulations, 25ph is required to monitor financial transactions and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities. 25ph may freeze accounts and withhold funds pending investigation where required by law. Funds deposited to 25ph must originate from legitimate sources owned by the registered account holder.
3.5 Chargebacks. Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or payment reversal against 25ph is a violation of these Terms. Accounts found to have initiated fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently suspended and the matter referred to relevant legal and regulatory authorities.
4.1 25ph offers various bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and promotional rewards ("Bonuses") to eligible players. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum deposit requirements, maximum bonus amounts, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms prevail.
4.2 Bonuses may only be used by the eligible registered account holder. Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. 25ph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus at any time if it reasonably suspects abuse, manipulation, or technical error.
4.3 Bonus Abuse. Using multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors, coordinating with other players to guarantee a positive outcome, or any other behaviour designed to exploit Bonus offers constitutes bonus abuse and is a material breach of these Terms. 25ph will void affected Bonuses and associated winnings, and may permanently suspend the implicated accounts.
5.1 All games available on the 25ph platform are governed by the rules published within each game and by the standards of the respective game provider. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages and game rules are certified by independent testing laboratories as required by PAGCOR.
5.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error that interrupts a game session, 25ph will attempt to restore the game to its pre-interruption state where technically feasible. If restoration is not possible, the stake will be refunded. 25ph is not liable for losses arising from technical issues outside its reasonable control, including internet service provider failures or device malfunctions on the player's end.
5.3 25ph reserves the right to void bets and withhold payouts where there is evidence of software exploitation, collusion, or any breach of fair play standards. Such cases may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities.

9.1 All content on the 25ph platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, trademarks, trade names, logos, text, and interface design — is the proprietary intellectual property of 25ph or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from 25ph.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 25ph shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform; (b) loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity; (c) technical failures, service interruptions, or security breaches caused by circumstances beyond 25ph's reasonable control.
10.2 25ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by 25ph's gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
11.1 Termination by You. You may close your 25ph account at any time by contacting customer support via the on-site live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (net of pending bonuses subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within ten (10) business days, subject to completion of applicable identity verification.
11.2 Termination by 25ph. 25ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, for: material breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; regulatory direction from PAGCOR; providing false registration information; or any other conduct that 25ph reasonably determines to be detrimental to the Platform, other players, or its regulatory standing.
11.3 Upon termination for cause, 25ph may withhold account balances pending investigation. Where funds are determined to be legitimately earned and not subject to forfeiture under these Terms, they will be returned to the account holder through verified payment channels.
12.1 These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 In the event of a dispute between you and 25ph, you should first contact our customer support team via the on-site live chat or by email at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. 25ph will endeavour to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
12.3 If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes arising from PAGCOR-regulated activities may be escalated to PAGCOR's Player Relations Office in accordance with PAGCOR's complaints procedure. All unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.1 25ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered users via on-platform notification and/or email at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, except where changes are required immediately by regulatory direction.
13.2 Continued use of the 25ph platform after amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
